Pesticides play an important role in agricultural development. However, pesticide application can result both acute and chronic human toxicities, the adverse effects of pesticides on environment health remain a serious problem. There is therefore need to discuss methods for pesticides, routes exposure, risks posed by application. The problems related exposure developing countries are particular concern. purpose this paper provide scientific information policymakers order allow development proper technics minimize applicators communities. Studies indicate that there four main methods, including hydraulic spraying, backpack basal trunk aerial spraying. Pesticide mainly selected considering habits target pests, characteristics sites, properties pesticides. Humans directly exposed occupational, agricultural, household activities indirectly via environmental media, air, water, soil, food. Human occurs through dermal, oral, respiratory routes. People who and/or may contract toxicity diseases. Although no segment general population completely protected against their potentially effects, disproportionate burden shouldered people countries. Both deterministic probabilistic risk assessments have advantages disadvantages types should be comprehensively implemented research assessment. In the last decade or so, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) garnered renewed attention in scientific community due to new evidence pointing at their continued presence environment and workplaces potential human risks related presence. PCBs move from humans through different routes; dominant pathway is ingestion of contaminated foods (fish, seafood dairy products), followed by inhalation (both indoor outdoor air), and, a lesser extent, dust dermal contact. Phthalate esters (PAEs) are known as of phthalic acid, which commonly used plasticizers in the plastic industry. Due to lack chemical bonding with polymer matrix, these compounds easily separated from products and enter environment. To investigate growth concentration PAEs like DBP (Dibutyl phthalate), DEP (Diethyl DMP (Dimethyl DIBP (Diisobutyl TPMBP (tris(2-methylbutyl) phosphate) different water sources, a study January 01, 1976, April 30, 2021, was implemented via global systematic review plus meta-analysis which, 109 articles comprising 4061 samples, 4 types, 27 countries were included. Between various types river lake most contaminated resources PAEs. Among all studies PAEs, values >15,573 mg L−1 have highest average value 0.002885 has lowest sources. The sources Nigeria least China. Besides, Monte-Carlo simulation indicated that for minimum lower than acceptable limit generated. However, population (>75 %) is at risk both adults child cases. For situation much worse, simulations not providing one case where R index 1E-06.
