Abstract
Tea
is
the
world’s
most
common
drink
after
water,
and
annual
sales
exceed
$43
billion,
of
which
more
than
$11
billion
green
tea
(
Camellia
sinensis
(L.)).
Increasing
evidence
continues
to
show
that
consumption
its
ingredients
have
a
variety
potential
health
benefits.

Abstract
