Lake Urmia is one of the world’s most unique and hypersaline aquatic ecosystems. The aim this study was to investigate diversity, abundance frequency these microorganisms in water samples from eastern regions lake over four seasons. Amplicon sequencing for 16S rRNA gene performed examine bacterial communities samples. revealed significant seasonal variations quality parameters their influence on microbial communities. Majority rarity analyses showed that winter spring had higher core Gini index values, indicating a greater dominance certain genera, while autumn summer more balanced distribution. Analysis beta diversity using Bray–Curtis dissimilarity emphasized diverge strongly winter, reflecting changes environment with season. Overall, understanding variation chemistry critical effective ecosystem management conservation efforts.

Bacteria and micro-eukaryotes play important roles in river ecological systems. The processes that govern bacterial micro-eukaryotic communities urban rivers are still uncertain. spatiotemporal characteristics assembly of the Xiangjianghe River were explored using 16 S 18 rRNA gene amplicon sequencing present study. results indicate community composition exhibited distinct temporal spatial variation. topological co-occurrence networks demonstrate coexistence patterns vary significantly between four seasons. Water temperature (WT) oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) detected as most critical factors affecting structure. stochastic process (dispersal limitation) was dominant for bacteria all Deterministic influenced differently. Compared to bacteria, values niche breadth relatively lower, proportion deterministic higher micro-eukaryotes. These expand our understanding patterns, mechanisms, influencing rivers.
