The study brings a comprehensive picture of how the infection threat and counter-pandemic measures affected inhabitants’ perceptions their urban environments during COVID-19 pandemic. Our results reveal that pandemic has amplified value attributed to 1) peri-urban public private green spaces, 2) local availability services civic amenities, 3) neighbourhood tranquillity lower population density, 4) residential unit spaciousness, 5) social relations.
