This research aimed to obtain land characters and qualities data determine suitability for clove nutmeg their spatial distribution in Nusalaut Island, Central Maluku Regency. The results showed that the are marginally suitable class (S3) with coverage area is 1452.38 ha or 66.51%, limiting factors water availability nutrient retention (wa, nr) unsuitable (N) of 731.52 33.50 %. While moderate (S2) root media (rc, 123.75 5.66%, S2nr 409.93 18.77%, slope (S2eh) factor 918.7 42.1% located Other Used-Areas (APL) 2183.63 ha, while total units study 2697 ha.

Active pharmaceutical ingredients present a substantial risk when they reach the environment and drinking water sources. As new type of dangerous pollutants with high chemical resistance pronounced biological effects, accumulate everywhere, often in significant concentrations (μg/L) ecological environments, food chains, organs farm animals humans, cause an intense response from aquatic soil microbiota. Rhodococcus spp. ( Actinomycetia class), which occupy dominant position polluted ecosystems, stand out among other microorganisms greatest variety degradable participate natural attenuation, are considered as active agents transforming degrading impacts on compounds. Many representatives rhodococci promising unique sources specific enzymes, quorum quenching tools, products novel antimicrobials, biosurfactants nanostructures. The review presents latest knowledge current trends regarding use processes pollutants’ biodegradation, well fields biocatalysis biotechnology for production targeted products. literature presented can be helpful future research programs aimed at promoting potential biodegraders biotransformers to control pollution environment.
