Blue and green spaces (BGSs) are used as the important resource to mitigate urban heat island (UHI) effect through their cooling effect. However, research on supply demand of BGSs is limited. This study Fujian Delta agglomeration China area. Based multi-source data, we constructed evaluation indicator system quantify capacity (CESC) level (CEDL), revealed law spatial distribution changes in CESC CEDL. The urban heat island (UHI) effect has become a hot topic worldwide because of the double stress global climate change and rapid urbanization. However, deficiencies existing methods hinder monitoring assessment surface (SUHI) at regional scale. This paper presented new method to assess SUHI intensity, then applied it in China. results indicated that: (1) compared with other methods, this some merits like higher accuracy, fewer operational steps, portability. It enables accurate, semi-automated intensity (2) exists 81.02% cities These were mainly concentrated southeastern China, which significant characteristic spatial agglomeration. (3) Urban-rural differences relative humidity, vegetation coverage, evapotranspiration, waterbody number industrial enterprises are main driving factors for Furthermore, there interactions among these factors.
