order
levels
with
approximate
values
83.1%,
74.07%,
55.6%,
respectively.
At
least
seven
significantly
different
potential
metrics
differentiated
ecosystem
found,
including
number
family
(#family),
insect
(#insect),
Ephemeroptera-Plecoptera-Trichoptera
(#EPT),
scraper
(#scraper),
well
Shannon-Wiener
diversity,
Simpson
Evenness,
Margalef
Richness
index.
These
offer
strong
assessing
land
use
change
their
impact
freshwater
biodiversity,
emphasizing
importance
conservation
efforts
ecosystem.

Despite
the
importance
of
caddisflies
in
aquatic
ecosystems,
few
studies
have
assessed
most
important
variables
affecting
their
species
richness
throughout
a
large
region
or
attempted
to
model
such
region.
We
sampled
nearly
500,000
adult
caddisfly
specimens
representing
18,288
occurrences
and
282
total
using
ultraviolet
light
traps
from
800
streams
varying
size
condition
northcentral
US,
an
area
about
1.3
million
km
2
.
tested
18
candidate
reflecting
natural
habitat
conditions,
anthropogenic
disturbance,
weather
differences
for
ability
account
variation
our
samples.
Multiple
linear
regression,
including
significance
testing
ranking
by
Akaike
Information
Criterion
values,
determined
best
eight
variables.
Caddisfly
increased
with
percentage
intact
upstream
habitat,
elevation,
dew
point,
longitude,
depth
soil
organic
matter,
distance
bedrock,
decreased
non-native
plants
runoff
value.
The

richness.

correcting

Abstract
Extensive
studies
have
demonstrated
the
spatiotemporal
changes
in
carbon
use
efficiency
(CUE)
and
its
driving
factors
over
past
three
decades.
However,
how
global
CUE
will
change
to
what
extent
is
affected
by
dominant
factor
this
century
still
unclear.
Herein,
based
on
CMIP6
model
outputs,
we
estimated
situation
trends
of
baseline
(1982–2014)
future
(2015–2100),
identified
controlling
variation
boosted
regression
tree.
Further,
predicted
CUE-controlling
sensitivity
(
S
value
,
referring
higher/lower
producing
more/less
CUE)
under
four
representative
pathways,
revealed
relationship
between
social
economy.
Results
showed
decreased
at
end
21st
century,
especially
SSP5-8.5,
decline
rate
1.2
×
10
−2
±
5.2
−4
/decade,
which
times
higher
than
that
SSP1-2.6.
Spatially,
56.9%,
74.5%,
83.1%,
88.6%
land
exhibit
a

Ecological
integrity
assessment
and
degradation
diagnosis
are
used
globally
to
evaluate
the
health
of
water
bodies
pinpoint
critical
stressors.
However,
current
studies
mainly
focus
on
separate
evaluation
or
diagnosis,
leading
an
inadequate
exploration
relationship
between
stressors
responses.
Here,
based
multiple
data
sets
in
urban
lake
system,
a
synchronous
evaluation-diagnosis
model
with
quantitative
stressor-response
analysis
was
advanced,
aiming
improve
accuracy
diagnosis.
The
weights
for
key
physicochemical
were
quantitatively
determined

equation

health
riverine

MC-IBI
was
developed,
validated,
implemented
using
water
samples
from
Changle
River
watershed,
encompassing
both
wet
dry
seasons.

metrics,
