Nitrogen (N) is a major factor affecting rice yield and lodging resistance. Previous studies have primarily investigated the impact of N management on in conventional monoculture (RM); however, few performed such investigations rice-crayfish coculture (RC). We hypothesized that RC would increase risk optimizing application practices improve resistance without food security. conducted two-factor (rice farming mode practice) field experiment from 2021 to 2022 test our hypothesis. The modes included RM RC, no nitrogen fertilizer, application, optimized treatment. characteristics, as morphology, mechanical chemical anatomic structure, gene expression levels, were analysed compared among different treatments. Under same practice, decreased by 11.1–24.4% increased index 19.6–45.6% with values yielded RM. In plant height, panicle neck node centre gravity bending stress, 4.0–4.8%, 5.2–7.8%, 0.5–4.5%, 5.5–10.5%, 1.8–19.5% those respectively. Furthermore, it culm diameter, wall thickness, breaking strength, non-structural structural carbohydrate content 0.8–4.9%, 2.2–53.1%, 13.5–19.2%, 2.2–24.7%, 31.3–87.2%, Optimized sclerenchymal parenchymal tissue areas vascular bundle at base second internode. upregulated genes involved lignin cellulose synthesis, thereby promoting lower internodes stem enhancing significantly reduced stabilized (>8,570 kg ha–1 average). This research was to examine the impacts of long-term integrated rice–crayfish farming on soil nutrients, carbon pools, and rice yields in paddy fields. The aim establish a scientific basis for sustainable development RS northern region Zhejiang. results showed that change from monoculture (CK) coculture systems (RS) led 24.99% increase 5-year average ammonium nitrogen (AN), while nitrate (NN), available potassium (AK), phosphorus content (AP) decreased by 28.02%, 16.05%, 28.76%, respectively. The income effect of rice–crayfish co-culture technology (RCT) is directly related to rate adoption farmers and the process China’s green development agriculture. aim this study explore growth mechanism from perspective continuous adoption. With treatment model (TEM), paper empirically analyzes income-generating mechanisms RCT using field survey data 736 in Jianghan Plain. As a result study, it was discovered that will increase farmers’ net agricultural by RMB 83,430 if they continue adopt it. Further examinations indicate optimal period for four half years. Aquaculture has great potential in nourishing the global growing population, while such staggering yields are coupled with environmental pollution. Rice-crayfish co-culture models (RCFP) have been widely adopted China due to their eco-friendliness. However, little is known about RCFP's microbiome pattern, which hinders our understanding of its sustainability. This study conducted metagenomic analysis across aquaculture and habitats, revealed model-specific biogeochemical cycling pattern (e.g., nitrogen (N), sulfur (S), carbon (C)): RCFP advantageous N-assimilation, N-contamination, S-pollutants removal, non-RCFP features N denitrification process higher S metabolism ability, producing several hazardous pollutants nitric oxide, monoxide, sulfide). Moreover, greater capacity for carbohydrate enzyme compared but not crayfish gut. Collectively, plays an indispensable role balancing productivity protection, might be applied blue transformation aquaculture.

In recent years, rice–fish coculture has gained more popularity at a growing pace in China. Controlled-release fertilizer can provide nutrients timely manner and increase nutrient efficiency. A 2-year field experiment, which adopted both conventional japonica two indica hybrid rice varieties, was performed to evaluate the effects of controlled-release inorganic compound on matter accumulation yield rice–crayfish farming. The results showed that compared farming, decreased dry mature stage by 4.02–8.15% 4.13–9.34%, respectively. This mainly due decrease crop growth rate, net assimilation leaf area index, light duration before elongation stage. Compared fertilizer, increased 5.02–6.95% 3.29–6.21%, N partial factor productivity agronomic use efficiency 4.13–9.34% 3.96–8.98%, those 3.29–6.15% 7.36–14.01%. There positive linear correlation between productivity, efficiency, yield.

Introduction While the integrated rice-crayfish ( Procambarus clarkii ) farming system (IRCFS) is widely developing in China, widespread use of Unmanned Aerial Spraying Systems (UASS) to protect rice from pests has led potential pesticide risk for crayfish IRCFS. Therefore, it crucial examine UASS’s spray deposition and drift Method In this study, we used oligonucleotide sequence-tracking / dot-blotting (OSTDB) method trace spraying. We collected detailed data not only on loss paddy fields, but also breeding ditches caused by upwind downwind areas. Additionally, residues were measured using LC-MS/MS collecting water samples after application.
