Three aerobic denitrifying fungi named Trichoderma viridans D4, Penicillium brasiliensis D6 and Fusarium solani D7 were isolated. Meanwhile, the nitrate removal characteristics (89.93%, 89.92%, 87.76%) optimal denitrification conditions of three strains evaluated. Besides, activity electron transport system intracellular ATP concentration results showed that performance combined with biodegradable material under low C/N was enhanced significantly. Finally, highest efficiency nitrate-nitrogen in landscape water by all greater than 80% Excitation-Emission-Matrix Spectra demonstrated excellent organic matters water, especially aromatic protein humic acid. This study provides new insights into possibility treating micro-polluted future.
