Abstract Artificial enzymes featuring the desirable catalytic activity built on nanomaterials are known as nanozymes. Compared with natural counterparts, nanozymes have demonstrated distinct characteristics including cost‐effectiveness, ease of preparation, high stability, and excellent recycling efficiency. With rapid innovation nanoscience technology, a growing number been deeply applied in disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment. In addition, multimodal platform for effectively interacting complicated biologic settings has also achieved by inherent nanomaterial dynamic features nanozymes, which goes beyond simply serving an enzyme substitute. this review, we systematically discuss highlight classification mechanism regulation nanozyme well research progresses nanozyme‐enabled/augmented enzyodynamic therapy treating cancer based producing eliminating reactive oxygen species, bacterial infection, inflammation, neurodegeneration, radiation‐induced tissue damage. Furthermore, current challenges future development direction outlined outlooked. It is highly anticipated that review will be guiding significance better understanding physiochemical properties biological effect corresponding emerging therapeutics.

Oxidative stress is closely related to various diseases. Ozone can produce redox reactions through its unique response. As a source of the oxidative response, strong oxidizing nature ozone cause severe damage body. On other hand, low concentrations activate mechanisms combat and achieve therapeutic effects. Some animal experiments clinical studies have revealed potential medical value ozone, indicating that not just toxic gas. By reviewing mechanism in treating central nervous system diseases (especially ischemic stroke Alzheimer’s disease) effects we find inhalation lack antioxidants or excessive exposure lead harmful impacts. However, with adequate antioxidants, transmit signals, reduce inflammation, amyloid β peptide levels, improve tissue oxygenation. Similar those possible new drugs for disease indicate ozone. Nevertheless, limited research has restricted application More are needed reveal exact dose–effect relationship healing effect

Studies investigating the relationship between ambient air pollutants and liver function are scarce. Our objective was to examine associations of acute exposure PM2.5 O3 with levels hepatic enzymes in people living HIV/AIDS (PWHA). study involved 163 PWHA, who were evaluated for serum up four times within a year. We extracted daily average concentrations PM2.5, components, each participant, based on their residential address, using Tracking Air Pollution China database. Linear mixed-effect models utilized assess enzymes. Weighted quantile sum regression employed identify major constituents that affect The percent change aspartate aminotransferase (AST) concentration positively correlated 10 µg/m3 increase ranging from 1.92 (95% CI: 3.13 4.38) 6.09 9.25 12.38), largest effect observed at lag06. Additionally, related increased alanine (ALT), AST, alkaline phosphatase (ALP) concentrations. Co-exposure high had an antagonistic elevation AST. Further analysis revealed SO42- BC contributors elevated AST due constituents. A stronger association found ALT female PWHA. short-term associated enzymes, indicating may contribute hepatocellular injury also PWHA be more vulnerable pollution than general population. These findings highlight providing scientific basis implementation measures protect susceptible populations adverse effects pollution. reduction burning fossil fuels reduced effective hazard approaches.
