Photonics crystal sensors, sensitive to light, play a crucial role in discerning minute alterations material's refractive index, finding widespread application, such as monitoring drinking water quality.Our objective is fashion sensor based on 2D photonics structure and scrutinize optical transformations induced by variations the bacteria's index light traverses structure.Leveraging Rsoft's simulation capabilities, we assessed transmission spectra, observing shifts their consequential impact signal's frequency wavelength within structure.The simulations unequivocally demonstrate that fluctuations significantly affect wavelength.Consequently, study underscores efficacy of Rsoft-designed bacterial presence contaminated water, achieving an average sensitivity 834.344 nm/RIU.In conclusion, establishes success crafted with Rsoft software detecting bacteria polluted water.By during traversal, are translated into discernible wavelength, facilitating effective detection.
