Abstract Growth performances of plants raised on post-coal mining lands are highly hampered by the unfavourable environment conditions plant root zones. This study was carried out to find if improvement plan application ameliorants may boost growth performance (diameter and height) Calliandra calothyrsus during 6 months after plantation. Twenty-seven replicates 3 levels ameliorant treatments (0%v + 0%v, 10%v 20%v, 20%v solid decanter biochar for M 1 , 2 respectively) were applied in compatible arrangement with completely randomized design (CRD) procedure. In each replication, 30 seedlings planted at m x spacing. Plant diameter height census, a normal distribution test employed prior anova mean different defined LSD test. Results showed that growths significantly affected treatment applied. gave 1.32 cm, 1.29 1.69 cm growth, respectively; 147.4 142.6 161,9 respectively. We conclude is promising develop further raising C. lands.

Land degradation and climate change, two intricately intertwined phenomena, demand appropriate management solutions to effectively tackle the escalating issues of food nutritional security. In this context, realm agriculture confronts formidable challenges in its pursuit soil resource reclamation, improving water quality, mitigating maintaining natural resources for posterity. Central these aspirations is preservation an optimum organic matter, serving as a linchpin threshold crucial protecting physical, chemical, biological integrity soil, while simultaneously sustaining agricultural productivity. To address multifaceted challenges, introduction diverse amendments has emerged strategy. Noteworthy among application biochar, which functions conditioner capable bolstering health, impact securing global Biochar carbon-enriched substance produced through pyrolysis assorted biomass waste. It larger surface area, higher cation exchange capacity, extended carbon storage capability. The strategic integration biochar production subsequent engenders array benefits, encompassing amelioration physical properties, augmented retention availability nutrients, enhancement activity, resulting yields societal benefits curtailment atmosphere greenhouse gas emissions. Additionally, demonstrates efficacy environmental restoration by medium extraction elimination heavy metals, often pervade aquatic ecosystems matrices. This review addressed need production, characterization, possibility restoration, crop yield fluctuations owing change.

Agriculture waste has increased annually due to the global food demand and intensive animal production. Preventing environmental degradation requires fast effective agricultural treatment. Aerobic digestion or composting uses wastes create a stabilized sterilized organic fertilizer reduces chemical input. Indeed, conventional technology large surface area, long fermentation period, significant malodorous emissions, inferior product quality, little for poor end results. Conventional loses lot of nitrogen carbon. Thus, this comprehensive research examined sustainable adaptable methods improving efficiency. This review summarizes processes examines how compost additives affect solid quality. Our findings indicate that have an impact on process by influencing variables including temperature, pH, moisture. Compost additive amendment could dramatically reduce gas emissions mineral ion mobility. Composting can (1) improve physicochemical composition mixture, (2) accelerate material disintegration increase microbial activity, (3) greenhouse (GHG) ammonia (NH3) (N) losses, (4) retain nutrients soil nutrient content, maturity, phytotoxicity. essay concluded with brief summary which is essential before using it as fertilizer. work will add literature. To sustainability resource utilization, strategies must be locally optimized involve created amendments in circular economy.

Abstract Increasing consideration is being paid to sustainable slow‐release fertilizers (SRFs). Biochar a novel carbon material, and gaining momentum as natural carrier for nutrient application release improved soil health. Accordingly, recent biochar‐embedded nitrogen (N) fertilizer has been prepared using acacia biochar, urea, ammonium chloride, starch organic acid. This other N (BSRNFs) were characterized Fourier transform‐infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR) scanning electron microscope (SEM). BSRNFs tested in the laboratory field experiments their pattern, nitrate (NO 3 ‐N) leaching loss, use efficiency (NUE) growth yield of rice crops. Among tested, one with 75% urea‐N (BSRNF‐U75) released 109 mg kg −1 an incubation study least NO ‐N losses 8.8, 14.6 26.4 at 10, 20 30 cm depth column study, respectively, compared conventional urea. Application 100% (BSRNF‐U100) augmented plant increase grain (6610 ha ), straw (9612 ) NUE (12%) rice.
