Abstract
Thiosemicarbazone
derivatives
have
a
wide
spectrum
of
biological
activity
as
well
various
application
areas
such
forming
complexes
with
metals,
using
intermediates
in
the
synthesis
heterocyclic
bioactive
compounds.
Thiazole
can
be
easily
synthesized
from
thiosemicarbazones
and
are
among
important
compounds
demand
terms
activity.
In
this
study,
14
new
thiosemicarbazone
were
starting
polycyclic
1,5‐diketone
five
stereocenters,
thiazole
reaction
obtained
2‐bromoacetophenone
their
structure
determinations
carried
out
spectroscopic
methods
(
1
H‐NMR,
13
C‐NMR,
2D‐NMR,
FT‐IR
Q‐TOF
LC/MS).
This
route
chiral
1,5‐diketones
may
contribute
to
design
drug‐like
molecules,
which
medicinal
chemistry.
