Bisphenol
analogues
(BPs)
are
prevalent
in
diverse
foodstuff
samples
worldwide.
However,
the
occurrence
of
conjugated
bisphenol
A
(BPA)
and
S
(BPS)
metabolites
remains
poorly
understood.
This
study
analyzed
eight
BPs,
four
BPA
BPS
metabolites,
categories
from
China.
Results
showed
that
fish
(9.7
ng/g
ww)
contained
highest
mean
concentration
BPA,
followed
by
rice
(5.1
beans
(3.6
ww).
BPA-sulfate
always
had
higher
concentrations
than
BPA-glucuronide
different
categories,
except
eggs
(p
<
0.05).
Compared
with
other
items,
(3.4
vegetable
(1.6
exhibited
comparatively
BPS.
Mean
BPS-sulfate
were
consistently
BPS-glucuronide
vegetables,
meats,
contributed
major
total
dietary
intake
(DI)
