To address environmental pollution, we developed Ni/Al layered double hydroxide-graphene oxide (Ni/Al-GO) adsorbent materials for the purpose of eliminating methylene blue (MB) dye pollutants. The adsorption process was explored by examining many experimental factors, including temperature, regeneration/reuse procedure, pH, and time, their effects on material. appropriate model isotherm is Langmuir isotherm. Ni/Al-GO material achieved a maximum capacity 61.35 mg/g MB at temperature 60 °C. thermodynamic characteristics indicate that both endothermic spontaneous as increases. regeneration method demonstrated has highly stable structure, enabling it to be utilized five cycles with remarkable rate 93.49% in fifth cycle. pH yielded best results all 10, kinetic pseudo second-order behavior. Sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) was employed to thermally modify the fly ash at elevated temperatures. The modified subjected characterization validate its enhanced adsorption capacity. Moreover, in contrast conventional methods such as static, stirring, and oscillation, an ultrasound-assisted approach adopted facilitate of Cu2+ by thermal (TFA). A comprehensive set single-factor experiments orthogonal were conducted investigate influence six common factors on adsorption. optimal conditions within experimental range determined follows: ultrasound time 40 minutes, temperature 40°C, power 100W, pH value 5, TFA dosage 0.50 g/L, initial concentration 50 mg/L. Under these optimized conditions, capacity reached 13.64 mg/g.
