This study aimed to investigate the efficacy of cold plasma activated water (PAW) and its complex solution (PKC) in conjunction with kasugamycin copper oxychloride wettable powder (KC) against kiwifruit bacterial canker (KBC) caused by Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae (PSA). Through morphological identification 16S rDNA sequence analysis, Pantoea agglomerans was identified as pathogen responsible for KBC 'Bairui' orchard. Results indicated that PKC exhibited highest effectiveness controlling KBC, particularly on mildly (II) infested plants, a remarkable reduction 63.64% II disease index control efficiency 38.64%. Additionally, application significantly increased fruit yield, improved weight, enhanced morphology, resulting more uniform refined shape. Analysis skin conformational parameters revealed KBC-affected reduced hardness brittleness, toughness, thinner skin. These findings are pivotal developing effective strategies further prevent manage outbreaks. In future studies, investigations could focus elucidating mechanism action PAW copper-based pesticides potential inactivation PSA.
