Heavy
metal

there
are
few
studies
on
assembly
process
co-occurrence
network
community
succession
driven
by
Cd
in
volcanic
ecosystem.
To
address
this
gap
knowledge,
we
collected
analyzed
samples
from
Nvshan
Volcanic
area
to
understand
characteristics
primary
(PS)
secondary
(SS).
We
found
that
was
contaminated
with
different
levels
(PS
>
SS),
resulting
obvious
heterogeneity
microorganisms.
The
absolute
abundance
bacteria
(16S
rRNA
gene
copies)
varied
significantly
between
two
successions
(P
<
0.0001).

analysis
showed

nodes
bacterial
communities

PS

Cadmium
(Cd)
is
a
well-known
toxic
heavy
metal
that
poses
significant
health
risks,
particularly
through
inhalation,
smoking,
and
the
consumption
of
contaminated
food.
Exposure
to
cadmium
linked
development
exacerbation
chronic
lung
diseases
such
as
pulmonary
fibrosis
obstructive
disease
(COPD).
This
study
investigated
systemic
effects
intratracheal
chloride
(0.5
mg/kg)
instillation
in
C57BL/6
mice.
All
parameters,
including
inflammation
assessment,
function
evaluation
(using
Flexi-vent),
immunophenotyping
T-cells
secondary
lymphoid
organs
(mediastinal
lymph
nodes
spleen),
were
analyzed
14
days
after
exposure.

results
demonstrated
exposure

immune
cell
infiltration
bronchoalveolar
lavage

pro-inflammatory

Volcanic
eruptions
are
significant
natural
disturbances
that
provide
valuable
opportunities
to
study
their
impacts
on
soil
microorganisms.
However,
no
previous
studies
have
compared
the
rhizosphere
microbial
communities
of
Boehmeria
nivea
L.
in
volcanic
craters
and
cones.
To
address
this
gap,
we
conducted
a
comprehensive
investigation
using
Illumina
MiSeq
high-throughput
sequencing
compare
Principal
Coordinate
Analysis
revealed
differences
between
crater
cone.
The
bacterial
exhibited
higher
diversity
evenness
