Indonesia faces a pressing challenge in its agricultural sector: the declining participation of young workers due to limited entrepreneurial opportunities and inadequate business management skills. This study investigates factors influencing among entrepreneurs participating growth (PWMP) program at Politeknik Pembangunan Pertanian (Polbangtan) Medan, Indonesia. Utilizing descriptive quantitative approach, data were gathered through questionnaires analyzed using Likert scale measurements multiple linear regression tests. The findings highlight that capabilities categorized as high (79.68%), supported by strong personality traits (84.30%), knowledge levels (83.05%), extensive experience (81.13%), supportive family environment (75.80%), robust ecosystem (79.78%). Regression analysis revealed personality, experience, environment, significantly impacted capabilities, while had no notable effect. These results underscore importance structured interventions, such internships incubation programs, enhance practical skills foster success.

Ensuring global food security and achieving sustainable agricultural productivity remains one of the foremost challenges contemporary era. The increasing impacts climate change environmental stressors like drought, salinity, heavy metal (HM) toxicity threaten crop worldwide. Addressing these demands development innovative technologies that can increase production, reduce impacts, bolster resilience agroecosystems against variation. Nanotechnology, particularly application nanoparticles (NPs), represents an approach to strengthen enhance sustainability agriculture. NPs have special physicochemical properties, including a high surface-area-to-volume ratio ability penetrate plant tissues, which enhances nutrient uptake, stress resistance, photosynthetic efficiency. This review paper explores how abiotic impact crops role in bolstering resistance challenges. main emphasis is on potential boost tolerance by triggering defense mechanisms, improving growth under stress, yield. demonstrated addressing key challenges, such as leaching, declining soil fertility, reduced yield due poor water management. The current use of fertilizers is inefficient and not sustainable. majority the fertilizer applied does reach targeted crop but lost in water bodies into atmosphere, with harmful impact on environment. To enhance efficiency sustainability agricultural practices, it essential to address two complementary challenges. First, nutrient delivery methods must be refined maximize plant uptake. Second, recovery nutrients from wastewater other waste streams should improved recycling nitrogen phosphorous reduce environmental pollution. Biodegradable polymers hold great promise for development technological solutions toward more sustainable practices. This review covers application biodegradable both aspects cycle: plants through slow- controlled-release fertilizers, using membrane separation, adsorbent composites, coagulants/flocculants. most promising materials are highlighted approaches, identifying research gaps discussing potential future directions this highly significant field.
