The National Park of Hainan Tropical Rainforest (NPHTR) plays the crucial role an ecological barrier for Island. Liangshan Black pigs are a new Chinese indigenous breed discovered during the Third National Survey of Livestock and Plant Genetic Resources. To uncover genetic diversity, population structure, potential exotic introgression in this breed, we sampled 191 from conservation genotyped these individuals using “Zhongxin-I” porcine chip, then conducted in-depth analyses context five introduced breeds. Chironomidae are characterised by cosmopolitan distribution, high abundance and diversity in different aquatic environments, which makes them ideal for studying changes freshwater ecosystems. To understand the environmental factors influencing chironomid communities, we analysed how altitude waterbody type (hydromorphological features) affect their composition at 75 study sites from 49 watercourses. A total of 110 taxa five subfamilies were identified, with Prodiamesa olivacea, Rheocricotopus fuscipes Cricotopus bicinctus being most frequent species. The lowest values all alpha components recorded communities collected watercourses altitudes up to 500 m a.s.l., while highest observed small mountainous rivers streams.
