The ambient air pollution in workplaces poses adverse effects on the health of individuals, which turn directly affects competence workers and overall productivity. Rapid urbanization, vehicle emissions, factory exhausts, cooking, burning agricultural domestic waste growing cities are major contributors to pollution, is harming occupants. purpose this study assess levels particulate matter, degree awareness, preventive measures, status at vulnerable Pokhara, Nepal. We assessed concentration matter workstations using a portable meter carried out detailed survey with employees during peak season April 2024. results reveal that average PM2.5 level sampling site (201.4 µg/m³) significantly exceeds safe threshold annual 35 µg/m³ 24-hour 75 set by World Health Organization (WHO) whereas interim target reduce 25 annually 50 daily average. A comprehensive conducted 10 randomly selected sites revealed most engaged without sufficient precautionary care services, or emergency requirements. findings highlight necessity for public awareness consolidate importance communal efforts endorse environment healthy working conditions sustainable urban development.
