Soil salinization has seriously restricted the development of agriculture. Soil salinization seriously affects plant growth and reduces crop quality. In this study, 100 mg/L nano-silicon dioxide (NS) was applied to study the effects of NS on physiology Plantago asiatica under salt stress. Salt treatment decreased biomass, contents photosynthetic pigments, POD activity P. decreased, while CAT SOD activities increased, compared with control. Under stress, increased antioxidant enzyme some extent. Compared salt, chlorophyll a content, activity, by 4.24%, 4.54%, 163.20%, respectively, Therefore, can alleviate stress increasing content activity.
