An effective sponge city construction evaluation system plays a crucial role in evaluating schemes. The of still faces challenges related to incomplete index selection and unscientific weight division. Limited studies have focused on the comprehensive assessment early stages. This study constructed scientific indicator quantitative at all levels by literature review statistical analysis methods from an objective perspective. To demonstrate how utilize our methods, three schemes randomly generated MATLAB were evaluated under states constant variable weight, respectively. Scheme 3 had highest score 0.638 assessment, but it cannot practically be final scheme due imbalance between indicators. Compared can effectively balance with changes decision variable. Purpose The rise in the urban population has led to an increase magnitude of inequalities within community. Multi-objective Urban Green Space (UGS) design is essential for optimizing limited resources amid diverse urban development challenges. This study introduces a new support tool that overcomes the data-intensive and expert-reliant limitations faced by designers. The integrates stormwater management analysis within Rhinoceros + Grasshopper platform, offering three key features: (1) quantifying volume in 3D model, (2) estimating space required UGS, (3) providing options facilities UGS design. Abstract Stormwater biofilters are one of the most widely used nature-based solutions for urban water management. In last 20 years, have been extensively studied their pollutant removal performance; however, application in field is limited by high maintenance requirements. this work, we propose concept zero additional (ZAM) as a solution to challenge. To understand design and operation ZAM biofilters, three-stage research programme was conducted (i) examine filter media configurations that could protect against surface clogging, (ii) test performance variety lawn grasses, (iii) validate laboratory findings through monitoring. The results showed protective layer delayed onset clogging. Five grasses – Kenda Kikuyu, Empire Zoysia, Santa Ana Couch, Village Green Kikuyu Palmetto Soft Leaf Buffalo were found effectively reduce nitrogen concentrations meet other local pollution reduction Monitoring three field-scale confirmed nutrient heavy metal performance. The cooling performance of the energy-saving water spray window system under summer conditions in Nanning city southern China, is experimentally examined this study. By constructing two identical test rooms for comparison, experiment we analyzed effects temperature (22 °C, 26 30 °C), frequency (8, 10, 12, 15 min intervals), glass structure (single-layer, double-layer, triple-layer), air conditioning (26 27 28 29 and outer lamination thickness (30, 50, 100, 200 mm) on effect windows, aiming to determine optimal operating conditions. experimental outcomes demonstrate that appropriate mode involves using coldest source with a interval 8 min, three-layer cavity sprayed construction, an set at 100 mm, best °C). study found can reduce surface by 6 °C inner 2 °C.
