Abstract The present study aimed to understand the bacterial portion of microbial community composition and dynamics plasmid-mediated antimicrobial resistant genes during optimized process struvite production from composite human urine. Samples for DNA extraction was collected fresh urine, stored urine production. Shotgun metagenomic analysis employed community. most dominant phyla in samples were Pseudomonadata, which comprised 60% 43% respectively, followed by Bacillota, 25% 39% respectively. sample dominated phylum Bacilliota (61%), Pseudomonadota (18%) bacteroidota (12%). members above persisted dominating each accordingly. Member family Morganellaceae while Clostridiaceae. A decrease class Gammaproteobacteria observed though not statistically significant. genus Pseudomonas remained be member with OTU count 12,116 6,155 a marked half sample. On other hand, genera Clostridium, Enterococcus, Bacteroides Alkaliphilus dominant. Ninety-six percent identified shared all resistance (ARGs) but (eg. sul, cat, aph aac members). presence high abundance ARGs needs attention persistence transmissibility before application agriculture.

Masks are essential and effective small protective devices used to protect the general public against infections such as COVID-19. However, available systematic reviews summaries on filtration performance of masks lacking. Therefore, in order investigate masks, mechanisms, mask characteristics, relationships between influencing factors were first analyzed through evaluations. The summary mechanisms characteristics provides readers with a clear easy-to-understand theoretical cognition. Then, detailed analysis is presented in. influence aerosol size type nonlinear nonconstant, efficiency decreases an increase gas flow rate; moreover, fitness plays decisive role effects masks. It recommended that should wear surgical prevent COVID-19 infection low-risk non-densely populated areas. Future research focus tests, formulation standards also be accelerated. Size-controllable micro-droplets obtained in microfluidic cross-junctions are significant microfluidics. Modeling and predictions microfluidic-based droplet formation characteristics to date using various traditional theoretical or empirical correlations far from satisfactory. Driven by unprecedented data volumes experiments simulations, statistical learning can offer a powerful technique extract that be interpreted into underlying fluid physics modeling. This Letter historically combines the current experimental experimental/numerical previous publications as microfluidics-based database. Two supervised algorithms, deep neural network factorization-machine-based (Deep-FM), were established model predict formed size cross-junctions. As newly developed code 2017, Deep-FM manifests better prediction performance, where average relative error was only 4.09% nearly 98% of points had individual errors 10% less. Such high accuracy attributed outstanding interactions between high-order low-order features framework. Another innovation this lies training dataset shrinkage optimization without sacrificing accuracy. method pioneers algorithms small-sample modeling problems, which is different big analyses. Seated voiding may be an attempt to obviate dysfunction, improve physical stability during voiding, and prevent messy bathroom contamination. Therefore, we hypothesized that seated voiders had a higher prevalence of lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS), deteriorating health conditions, marriage rate than standing voiders. Of the participants from 2023 Japan Community Health Survey conducted by Japanese Continence Society, 2936 men (mean age: 53.6 years old) were divided into sitting groups based on their posture when at home. Characteristics two compared, factors associated with stratified age investigated using multivariable logistic regression analysis. One-thousand six-hundred sixty (57%) voided in position home, proportion decreased age. On analysis, comorbidities other benign prostatic hyperplasia group aged 40-59, storage 60 older. Being married was significantly consistently across all ages. Approximately 60% void There are certain differences associations LUTS conditions age, while is marital status throughout ages, which implies sanitation matters.
