This study aims to elucidate the profound implications of industrial transformation and upgrading in mitigating dependence on fossil fuels, which holds paramount significance shaping energy transition strategies—an aspect that is currently missing existing studies. Leveraging data spanning from 2000 2020, encompassing consumption economic development, this paper developed a second-order classification model as new measure elasticity. Comparing regional variations resilience, an in-depth analysis was conducted four representative provinces understand evolution their structures over time. Correlation employed reveal impact reduction dependence. The results indicate distinct spatial effect, with southwest inland region retaining pronounced reliance sources. However, approximately 80% have made substantial progress reducing 2020. Notably, financial sector accommodation catering industry contribute positively dependence, while exhibits opposite effect. Urban agglomeration planning attributes uneven delineation urban functions. Suggestions for narrowing gap include measuring sustainability chain life-cycle perspective, avoiding singular functional division cities, developing systematic policies. In industry, adopting alternative cooking implementing conversion recycling waste can help prevent risks. underscores positive role transition, along its potential also makes efforts toward advancing application widely used elasticity assessment method.

Energy supply chain resilience and sustainability are essential for dependable, ecologically responsible energy availability, reducing disruptions, creating a sustainable future. In this regard, study explores the of single through two distinct scenarios. The focus is on manufacturer capable sourcing products from renewable non-renewable power plants. Although plant preferred clean option, disruptions may occur. On other hand, fossil fuel offers reliability at cost environmental impact. employs strategies based disruption probabilities: just dual second scenario, collaboration between plants introduced. If occurs plant, it orders to generate electricity its behalf. Using game-theoretic approach, research examines effects dual-sourcing techniques, efficacy cooperation in minimising disruptions. It also trade-offs sustainability. results shed light strategy decision-making add literature resilient chains.

Resilience, sustainability, and cyber-security are three measures in supply chains that define how robustly perform without disruption. Although these can each be assessed separately give us some idea of a chain's capability, combined measure all provide more holistic picture comprehensive understanding the system. To our knowledge, no attempt has been undertaken to formulate measure. We utilized data fusion technique called Dempster Shafer (D-S) theory developed assessment framework considering dimensions resilience, cyber-security. Further, we combine into single cyber-susiliency index. The proposed is applied healthcare chain shows reasonable results. Yager's recursive rule combination further validates D-S application. An index value on scale from 0 1, representing numerical organization's cyber-susiliency. for case was calculated at 0.62 1 scale.

Rapid advancements in digital technologies have accelerated global change, underscoring the critical role of resilience addressing escalating energy, economic, and environmental challenges. This paper investigates effects mechanisms economy on within context these By utilizing panel data from 66 countries spanning period 2000 to 2020, this analysis employs robust models incorporates tests such as Hausman Leamer tests, exploratory factor analysis. The results reveal a notable positive impact across various time periods. However, when it comes carbon emissions, more intricate pattern emerges, suggesting negative influence environmental, economic domains. Interestingly, with below-average emissions show due economy. On other hand, effect energy is less prominent carbon-emitting nations, while significant subgroup. Above-average experience limited resilience, face challenges impacting their resilience.
