The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly reshaped travel patterns globally, prompting shifts in mobility preferences and behaviors. After controling for temporal trends weather, this paper investigates the impacts of on station-based bike-sharing ride-hailing services New York City (NYC), spanning periods before, during, after pandemic. Specifically, we examine how these transportation modes evolved across various land-use types periods. To achieve this, employ a spatial clustering method to group NYC traffic zones into distinct functional areas, i.e., Mixed Area, Commercial Residential Educational based land use characteristics. Subsequently, develop two time series models seasonal autoregressive integrated moving average with exogenous variables (SARIMAX) model analyze impact trip demand different areas years. Our modeling analysis enables us precisely quantify effects phases daily ridership, while also assessing each COVID phase, accounting such as weather. findings uncover strikingly recovery trajectories services. Bike-sharing rapidly rebounded, surpassing pre-pandemic levels by end reopening phase. In contrast, not yet fully recovered continues lag behind its levels. Moreover, observe disparities cycling types, Areas exhibiting faster compared zones. varying can be attributed evolving traveler sentiments preferences, needs purposes, implementation local policies aimed at fostering sustainable options.
