With the rapid growth and development of urban areas, economy has often been prioritized at expense environment ecological systems. However, it is essential to delve deeper into relationship between environment. Therefore, this study introduces a comprehensive evaluation system that encompasses economic, ecological, environmental factors in Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei agglomeration China. The Criteria Importance Through Inter-criteria Correlation (CRITIC) method utilized determine weights various indicators, coupling as well coordination models are employed investigate spatiotemporal trends interrelationships three factors. results indicate economic index displayed consistent uptrend since 2000, with from 2015–2020 increasing by approximately four times compared 2000–2005. status also increased last five years, rise about 0.05 fluctuated but generally increased, 5.6 degree relatively high, intense 2005–2020, moderate Furthermore, continuously improved mild maladjustment barely coordinated 2000 2020, indicating enhancement It crucial acknowledge there exists spatial heterogeneity both degree. The Net Value of Farmland Ecosystem Services in China: Integrating Internality and Externality DOI

Farmland ecosystems provide myriad ecosystem services (ESs) that are essential to the continued existence and well-being of humans. However, traditional evaluations farmland ESs only consider total economic benefit agricultural products value for positive externalities, without considering cost negative externalities. Therefore, this study integrates internal external cost–benefits propose a framework calculating net service (NVES) from using meta-analysis based on 1,782 observations sourced 278 studies in China. We find newly created NVES accurately reflect values both nature human society. Moreover, meta-regressions indicate valuing specific separately is better than taking multiple together. A range drivers could influence meta-regressions, including geographic location, soil characteristics, education level, farmers' income, evaluating method employed. The results show generate an average 1,775.21 USD/ha/a China, 465.85 1,309.36 USD/ha/a. significantly varies across regions, gradually decreasing east west, even with some parts west. Furthermore, relationships between internalities externalities coordinated eastern regions while trade-offs exist In brief, evaluation can be considered as promising tool assess sustainability dimensions, which helpful optimizing land use at regional level achieving higher efficiency services.
