In
this
study,
a
multi-stage
planning
framework
was
constructed
by
using
SWMM
simulation
modeling
and
NSGA-II
applied
to
optimize
the
layout
of
integrated
grey–green
infrastructure
(IGGI)
under
land
use
change
climate
scenarios.

Artificial
intelligence
(AI)
plays
a
pivotal
role
in
the
development
of
green
economy.
This
paper
examines
impact
artificial

economic

(GEE)
using
panel
data
from
30
provinces

2011–2020.

regression
model,

endogeneity
