The research aims to explain the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Jakarta Smart City (JSC) technology, which was first implemented in Indonesia 2014, starting Region (DKJ), followed by 100 cities, carried out overcome technology gap between regions. Use AI JSC government for public services, such as smart environment; people's economy; government; population mobility, branding. Research methodology uses qualitative with a descriptive approach using observation instruments direct interviews. period is three months (March April 2024). Locations seven management units. five divisions, snowball pattern sample. results show that there has been an increase efficiency services transportation management; rubbish; city ​​security defense; improving quality resources. Traffic congestion recommendations, DKJ must develop innovations all integrated facilities, expanding Integrated Highway (MRT) Light Rail Transit (LRT) networks. For flooding problems, early digital detection flood monitoring. In future, hopes implement payment system Resident Card and: Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), lifetime extension Driving License (SIM), processing annual Vehicle Registration Certificates (STNK), Tax Proof Bermptor (BPKB) five-yearly two-wheeled vehicles online (digitally) without queuing at location.

Smart cities incorporate fundamental aspects such as sustainability and citizens’ well-being. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze feasibility effectiveness implementation an evaluation model transformation processes towards smart a strategy improve state in Lima, Peru. The research descriptive basic. A questionnaire was administered 80 municipal officials focusing on variable “smart model”, covering three key dimensions: open data, public transport energy efficiency, with total 15 questions “state processes”, analysed through dimensions educational level population budget, 10 questions. results revealed that 48% expressed gap terms availability quality accessible information. 53% argued stronger conservation strategies need be implemented. In addition, felt education needs focus improving local systems. conclusion, drive economic, social environmental development, life promoting equality among citizens. This contributes broader understanding how address these challenges order build more sustainable liveable future.
