As environmental pollution intensifies, China has begun to implement green credit policies reduce allocation highly polluting enterprises. This research examines the influence of on cash flow heavily enterprises, based implementation “Green Credit Guidelines”. The policy creates a quasi-natural experimental setting by giving businesses access an exogenous occurrence. Consequently, this paper uses data from 494 A-share listed companies in over fifteen-year period 2007 2021 and employs Difference-in-Differences (DID) model assess net effect policy, positing that scheme will prevent making money. empirical findings show significantly reduces emit lot pollutants, especially when it comes operational flow. Heterogeneity analysis reveals high-emission regions non-state-owned enterprises is affected even more significantly. This paper uses the two-way fixed effects model to empirically examine impact of World Uncertainty Index (WUI) on Green Patents (GPs). Quantitative results indicate that WUI negatively affects GPs, meaning world uncertainty significantly hinders green technology innovation. effect is mediated through relaxed environmental regulation and reduced financial support. These findings underline increased decreases both variables support, thus delaying innovation technology. Low-income countries’ weak economic technological bases have a statistically insignificant negative GP. However, significant indicated for high-income countries, reflecting their higher sensitivity uncertainties. The WUI’s more GPs experienced in middle-income countries due continuous development less adaptability.

A critical natural solution to combat global warming and reduce carbon emission is the forest sink (FCS). Owing variations in geographic location, policy formulation, economic development, Chinese provinces exhibit significant disparities efficiency (FCSE). Therefore, evaluating enhancing FCSE optimizing resource allocation have emerged as pressing issues. This study develops a pioneering analytical framework for systematic estimation optimization of FCS resources. It measures FCSE, considering both dynamic static aspects adopting spatial–temporal perspective, utilizing Malmquist Index Super Efficiency Slacks-Based Measure analyze primary factors influencing FCSE. The Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average method forecasts goals typical regions years 2030, 2045, 2060. To effectively enhance rationally optimize allocation, this constructs Inverse Data Envelopment Analysis. study’s findings indicate extremes average across regions, with mean value difference 2.2188. Technological change driver advancements achieve 2060 goal, each input indicator requires substantial increase. Drawing on insights into landscape, delineates regional offers scientific foundation policymakers devise strategies address sustainability concerns regarding FCS.

Abstract This study investigates the impact of digital economy on energy efficiency through a combination theoretical analysis and empirical testing. The research contributes by categorizing value creation process into two stages: input stage operation examining both direct indirect effects efficiency. Hydropower is a significant component of China’s contemporary energy framework, with its construction and operation critically contributing to the advancement sustainable development in region. Green total factor productivity (GTFP) is a key driver of China’s green development, and innovative human capital (IHC) plays pivotal role in enhancing GTFP. This study examines the impact quantity quality dimensions IHC on regional GTFP China. Using panel data from 30 Chinese provinces 2004 to 2018, this constructs spatial Durbin model (SDM) empirically analyze Three main conclusions are obtained: (1) both can significantly directly improve GTFP, yet heterogeneity exists. In eastern region, IHCA IHCQ have significant impact, while middle-western only has effect GTFP; (2) boost enhancement through technological progress; (3) (IHCA) produces spillover whereas (IHCQ) does not exhibit effect. Based these conclusions, strategies for development China coordinated regions proposed. The government should integrate into its environmental policies awareness optimize efficiency capital, taking differences account.
