Abstract
This
paper
presents
a
comprehensive
survey
of
the
process-based
models
currently
available
for
blue-green
infrastructure
assessment
cooling
potential,
stormwater
and
pollution
control,
carbon
sequestration,
water
provision.
The
modelling
tools
elements
(BGEs)
documents
that
there
is
no
model
simultaneous
evaluation
optimisation
multiple
ecosystem
services
BGEs.
To
evaluate
coupling
options,
this
study
conducted
meta-analysis
on
interoperability
by
assessing
scales,
drivers,
overlaps,
gaps,
interfaces

Nature-Based
Solutions
(NBSs)
have
gained
prominence
in
urban
planning
as
integrative
strategies
that
utilize
natural
processes
to
address
complex
environmental
and
societal
challenges
while
advancing
green
infrastructure
development.
Despite
growing
academic
interest,
the
practical
integration
of
NBSs
into
remains
hindered
by
fragmented
methodologies
limited
understanding
context-specific
implementation
dynamics.
This
study
contributes
addressing
these
gaps
through
a
systematic
review
bibliometric
analysis
90
peer-reviewed
articles
published
between
2014
2024.
It
examines
range
employed
infrastructure,
factors
shaping
their
successful
implementation,
barriers,
financial,
technical,
social,
political,
constrain
adoption.
The
also
explores
roles
key
stakeholders,
including
local
governments,
private
actors,
communities,
planning,
execution,
maintenance

With
the
intensification
of
climate
change
and
urbanization,
impact
high-temperature
disasters
on
urban
resilience
has
become
increasingly
significant.
Based
“Pressure-State-Response”
(PSR)
model,
this
study
proposes
a
novel
assessment
method
for
disaster
resilience.
Through
15
evaluation
indicators
across
3
categories,
we
quantified
level
in
Hangzhou
constructed
SOM-K-means
second-order
clustering
algorithm
to
classify
area
into
different
zones,
exploring
spatial
differentiation
characteristics
The
research
results
indicate
following:
(1)
exhibits
relatively
low
resilience,
with
distribution
pattern
showing
radial
decrease
from
main
city
at
center,
followed
by
slight
increase

periphery
area.
