Transitions of spatial data infrastructures (SDIs) support applications from 2D landscapes to 3D scenes. The existing methods for describing, managing, and providing services often lack coordination efficiency. Moreover, the added complexity structures necessitates novel approaches component-level management streaming capabilities. In response, we developed a generic conceptual model suitable diverse in SDIs discussed design rationales key considerations underlying model. We formalized flexible composition fine-grained lifecycle this specified at cloud-optimized encoding level enable efficient CRUD operations delivery massive data. Our approach enabled direct managed without need redundant replication. implemented, evaluated, proposed terms service, accessibility, visualization, analysis cases, results show that method is managing enables users conduct geo-analysis on basis specific parts as needed.
