One
of
the
most
important
problems
in
widespread
use
electric
vehicles
is
lack
charging
infrastructure.
Especially
tourist
areas
where
historical
buildings
are
located,

grid

vehicle
stations

generating

energy
by
installing
renewable
production
systems
such
as
large-sized
PV
(photovoltaic)

wind
turbines

This
study
presents
a
virtual
energy
storage
system
(VESS)
scheduling
method
that
strategically
integrates
fixed
and
dynamic
(ES)
solutions
to
optimize
management
in
commercial
buildings.
Fixed
ES,

as
batteries,
provides
stable
flexibility
but
is
expensive
can
be
inefficiently
operated.
In
contrast,
ES
utilized

their
flexibility.

combining
with
utilizing
vehicle-to-grid
(V2G)
capabilities,
this
approach
enhances
grid
stability
manages
costs
more
effectively.
Empirical

real-world
data
from
Korea
demonstrates

improvements

reducing
costs,
which
are
crucial
for
the
economic
sustainability

During
hydrogen
refueling,
the
data
values
determining
state
of
charge
(SoC)
a
vehicle
can
be
missing
due
to
internal
and
external
factors.
This
causes
inaccurate
SoC
estimation,
resulting
in
oversupply
or
undersupply.
To
overcome
this
issue,
an
attention-based
refueling
imputation
(AHRI)
model,
which
restores
values,
is
proposed
paper.
In
particular,
considering
that
variables
vary
depending
on
environmental
conditions
equipment
station
(HRS),
we
use
attention
mechanism.
It
determines
primary
features,
improves
predictive
performance
helps
adapt
new
conditions.
Using
observed
during
train
AHRI
model
verify
its
efficacy.
Experimental
results
show
outperforms
existing
models
significantly.

0.95
0.82
