various
cancers
has
been
well
documented,
yet
its
impact
and
mechanism
in
osteosarcoma
(OS)
remain
unexplored.
This
study
aims
to
elucidate
the
effects
CS
on
growth
metastasis
OS,
along
with
underlying
molecular
mechanism.The
proliferative
two
OS
cell
lines
(Saos-2
U2OS)
was
assessed
using
MTT
colony-formation
assays.
Additionally,
migratory
invasive
capacities
cells
were
investigated
through
Transwell
modulation
CXCR4
expression
by
evaluated
qRT-PCR
Western
blotting.
Furthermore,
influence
activation
PI3K/Akt
signaling
determined
blotting.CS
exhibited
a
dose-
time-dependent
inhibition
proliferation
colony
formation
cells.
Notably,
prominently
observed
Saos-2
U2OS,
treatment
led
dose-dependently
reduction
levels.
Silencing
or
inhibiting
function
diminished
Conversely,
induced
suppression
migration
invasion
counteracted
overexpression.
Mechanistically,
repressed
PI3K/AKT
downregulating
expression.CS
mitigate
CXCR4/PI3K/AKT
signaling-mediated
cells,
thus
might
play
an
anti-tumor
role
OS.
