Abstract The proliferation of artificial intelligence (AI) technology has brought both innovative opportunities and unprecedented challenges to the education sector. Although AI makes more accessible efficient, intentional misuse chatbots in facilitating academic cheating become a growing concern. By using indirect questioning technique via list experiment minimize social desirability bias, this research contributes ongoing dialog on integrity era AI. Our findings reveal that students conceal AI-powered behaviors when directly questioned, as prevalence cheaters observed experiments is almost threefold basic direct approach. Interestingly, our subsample analysis shows differ significantly across genders grades, higher-grade female are likely cheat than newly enrolled students. Conversely, male consistently engage throughout all grades. Furthermore, we discuss potential reasons for heterogeneous effects behavior among such gender disparity, academic-related pressure, peer effects. Implications also suggested educational institutions promote approaches harness benefits technologies while safeguarding integrity.

Background: Worldwide, gastric cancer (GC) remains intractable due to its poor prognosis and high morbidity mortality.Disulfidptosis is a novel kind of cell death mediated by abnormal accumulation intracellular disulphides.The correlation between disulfidptosis GC still unknown.Therefore, it necessary elucidate the pathogenesis mechanism for clinical diagnosis intervention.Methods: RNA-sequencing data from several public portals samples were collected.We compared expression levels four key genes disulfidptosis, including SLC7A11, SLC3A2, RPN1, NCKAP1, in selected prognostic build prognosis-related nomogram model.The biological functions immune landscape identified explored.Results: Overexpressed NCKAP1 SLC7A11 disulfidptosis-related GC.We combined these clinicopathological factors model GC.Meanwhile, ROC curves showed that promising biomarkers screening.The cellular focused on actin activities, GTPase immunoreaction.The tumour microenvironment therapy targets identified.Competing endogenous RNA network was built explore downstream regulatory mechanisms.Finally, elevated validated via qRT-PCR line tissue line. Conclusion:In conclusion, are diagnostic correlate with activities actin, energy metabolism GTPase, infiltration immunotherapy.

Summary The process of neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) formation, called NETosis, is a peculiar death modality neutrophils, which was first observed as an immune response against bacterial infection. However, recent work has revealed the unique biology NETosis in facilitating tumor metastatic process. Neutrophil released by microenvironment (TME) shield cells from cytotoxic immunity, leading to impaired clearance.
