To address environmental challenges such as eutrophication caused by excessive phosphorus discharge and low resource utilization of solid waste, this study investigates the factors influencing physical properties ceramsite from waste (SW-ceramsite) through sintering method, its adsorption performance. The results shown that under optimal conditions additive dosage 9 g/100 g mixture, temperature 1100 °C, heating rate 10 °C/min, holding time 5 min, values breaking wear rates void fraction were 0.35% 69.6%, respectively. Grey relation analysis indicated was most influential factor, followed rate, with being least impact. equilibrium capacity (qe) SW-ceramsite for 1.85 mg/g. process better described Freundlich isotherm, well pseudo-first-order pseudo-second-order kinetic models, characterized non-spontaneous exothermic. After nine regeneration cycles, qe decreased only 0.185 mg/g, a loss just 4.988%, suggesting good reusability. findings suggest holds promise treatment phosphorus-containing wastewater.
