Abstract The accurate identification and analysis of multiple harmful ingredient remains a huge challenge in the environmental protection field. In this work, variety PDMS@PDA@AgNPs flexible SERS platforms were fabricated by situ growth silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) on surface polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) membranes based adhesive reducing properties polydopamine (PDA). substrates exhibited excellent sensitivity, homogeneity, reproducible performance for multi-component detection trace industrial dyes. limits (LOD) rhodamine 6 G (R6G) crystal violet (CV) individually 5 × 10 −9 M 1 M, respectively. abundant ‘hotspots’ prepared contributed to enhancement effect. More importantly, substrate was capable realizing simultaneous R6G CV with limit −8 good linearity between −4 M. addition, barcode developed facilitate rapid detection. are suitable samples, have great application value fields food safety assessment.

In this research, a nanoscale magnetic biosorbent was synthesized by incorporating nanoparticles (Fe3O4 NPs) into natural carbon framework derived from black cumin (BC) seeds. The prepared Fe3O4/BC utilized as low-cost, eco-friendly, and reusable nanobiosorbent for the removal of organic (e.g., methylene blue (MB) dye) pollutants synthetic solutions. results indicated that had extensive surface oxygenous functional groups with high affinity MB dye capture at different concentrations such 10–60 mg L−1. optimization suggested ~99% its initial concentration (i.e., 10 L−1) using 2.0 g L−1 pH = 7, temperature 27 °C, contact time 120 min, equilibrium adsorption capacity 5.0 g−1 partition coefficient ~57.0 L g−1. efficacy highest 60.0 found to be 29.0 isotherm well explained Freundlich model MB. renderability bioadsorbent acid treatments showed ~66% decline in efficiency (%) (~99% ~33%; ~5.0 ~1.7 g−1) after six repetitive cycles desorption. current gives better than previously reported acid-washed BC seeds other BC-seed-based nanobioadsorbents, Hence, demonstrates potential use treating water contaminated pollutants.
