The economic development of N-11 countries has been significantly influenced by the contributions natural resources (NAT) and globalization (EG). These have facing drastic environmental problems for several years. Hence, it is imperative to ascertain ramifications resource extraction activities in nations. In doing so, this study examines impact gross domestic product (GDP), EG, NAT on ecological footprints (EF) within time frame 1971 2022 group countries. After verifying cross-sectional dependence, work found integration all variables at first difference. To provide short long run econometric results; utilizes cross sectional autoregressive distributed lag (CS-ARDL). findings indicate that presence rent a detrimental (0.03%) quality Moreover, can be argued both EG GDP exhibit environmentally sustainable characteristics over an extended period (0.03% - 3.12%) respectively. This does not evidence N-shaped Environmental Kuznets Curve (EKC) Based findings, policy recommendation proposed nations question. must immediately implement enforce robust laws while fostering heightened sense consciousness. It emerging economies increase their investments explore adopt efficient technologies various sectors, including mining.

Conference of Parties (COP28) emphasized the critical need to support vulnerable nations, particularly in Southeast Asia, by addressing climate change and enhancing finance mechanisms, which are vital for overall well-being their citizens. In response, we used Fully Modified Ordinary Least Squares (FMOLS), Dynamic (DOLS), Cross Sectional Autoregressive Distributed Lag (CS-ARDL) techniques examine effects carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, green technology, health expenditures on life expectancy five Asian countries (ASEAN-5) from 1995 2020. Although there is a considerable body work factors that affect expectancy, this study closes major gap literature concentrating ASEAN-5 have not received enough attention studies expectancy. Specifically, incorporating such as CO2 expenditure, were considered those earlier analyses. The CS-ARDL results reveal technology could significantly enhance while emissions negative impact heterogeneous FMOLS DOLS also show heightened expenditure enhances Thailand Philippines, advocating increased investments healthcare infrastructure. Economic expansion emerges significant contributor enhanced Thailand, Singapore, emphasizing importance policies fostering sustainable economic development. Notably, adopting correlates positively with Singapore dual benefits environmentally practices. Conversely, exhibit consistent correlation across all countries, underscoring imperative robust environmental safeguard public health. Based results, recommend policymakers prioritize adopt strategies, promoting clean energy circular economies. addition, targeted incentives including tax breaks renewable subsidies capture research, should be implemented mitigate resilience, health, region.

ABSTRACT In this study, we explore the impacts of waste recycling ratio as a proxy for circular economies on sectoral productivity in European Union between 2000 and 2021. We present model that contextualizes industry's transition to green economies, namely, model, which adapt neoclassical models by considering energy intensity development technologies. After estimating results using FGLS PCSE, understand higher availability secondary raw materials contributes functions different industries, but effect is limited exponential increases these reduce productivity. To ensure efficiency policies aimed at consolidating propose policy recommendations leverage scale scope improve industries while contributing cycle their own externalities.
