This research focuses on the design and implementation of a movement strategy for photovoltaic (PV) system, presented through four phases: First came mechanical part selection geared motors with high torque low power consumption, while having solid structure that supports panel. An open-loop control was selected using solar positioning equations, inputs defined as equations. The Intel Edison development board chosen programming equations in Python. Two linear potentiometers served sensing elements, where analog–digital characterization conducted each movement. plant started static panel at latitude 7° south, oriented toward equator, achieving performance 177.62 kWh. With tracker, 232.38 kWh obtained, resulting an efficiency increase 27%. Given aim enhancing PV increased utilization, satisfactory results were achieved.
