This has contributed to an increase in post-traumatic stress (PTS) symptoms both refugees and internally persons (IDPs). Introduction. Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is often characterized by various symptoms that result in behavioral changes patients, among which sleep disturbances and avoidant behavior are commonly observed. However, despite evidence indicating a complex bilateral relationship between emotions sleep, only few studies have explored the associations context of PTSD. The aim study to assess severity behaviour insomnia combatants with posttraumatic disorder. Materials methods. We conducted clinical 45 who were divided into 2 groups: group 1 (n=24) included PTSD; (n=21) consisted without Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Questionnaire was used analyse quality, namely subjective latency, duration, efficiency, disturbances, medication use, daily dysfunction. Introduction. Parkinson’s disease is characterized by motor and non-motor symptoms, the connection between which has recently attracted much attention from researchers. Sleep disturbances anxiety can be signs of disease. The specificity symptoms in different subtypes being actively studied, with PIGD (postural instability gait difficulty) subtype associated more severe symptoms. Methods. We conducted a clinical monocentric cross-sectional study that included 64 patients Patients were assessed according to Unified Disease Rating Scale, their was determined calculations using method Jankovich Stebbins. circadian rhythm Ukrainian version Munich Chronotype Questionnaire, sleep quality – Pittsburgh Quality Index, excessive daytime sleepiness Epworth Sleepiness state first block State-Trait Anxiety Inventory. Abstract Background The COVID-19 pandemic brought to light the need address psychosocial and mental health needs of refugees internally displaced persons in low- middle-income countries. prevention measures slowed essential services healthcare, creating unique challenges for IDPs, including economic insecurity societal instability. Methods To effectively define problems low-and countries (LMICs) addressing populations, we conducted a systematic literature review on well-being who have migrated between LMICs context COVID-19. Findings Our findings indicate that interventions, such as digital healthcare community-focused solutions, potential faced by IDPs. Nevertheless, community-based support networks are overextended, continuously developing meet vulnerable populations while considering limited literacy subject population, internet accessibility, overall limits reach.
