The use of digital technologies in the modern space is becoming increasingly important for various professionals. However, mastering these challenging without formal and informal supervision skills, which related to their rapid development high flexibility. research aims identify professionals' needs develop recommendations improving literacy. The purpose of the research was to identify ICT and connectivity conditions university students how they use them in their undergraduate studies at a Peruvian public university. Data collected from 208 Professional Schools Business Administration, Tourism Accounting Economics enrolled Academic Semester 2024-1, with support Google Forms survey. results show that mainly laptops (90%) cell phones (95%). They wifi networks for studies, 35% do not c e s network University or home. preferred mobile operators are Claro (38.3%) Bitel (35%). online service is Canva (48.3%). most used social Facebook (88.3%), followed by Tik Tok (66.7%), Instagram (60%), YouTube (43.3%) Twitter (25%).
