Aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) is a kind of potently carcinogenic fungal metabolite in food threatening human health, and it crucial challenging to develop advanced nonimmune approaches for AFB1 determination. Addressing this challenge, we successfully constructed nanoassembly (PdE-PDI/SDS) by noncovalently coupling cationic perylene diimide derivative (PdE-PDI) sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), exhibiting high-density charges specific surface area rapid sensing AFB1. The large electronic conjugate structure rigid plane PdE-PDI enable form more stable σ–π, π–π coordination, hydrogen bonds with Additionally, the introduction SDS significantly amplifies noncovalent interactions enhances quenching efficiency toward proposed PdE-PDI/SDS exhibited excellent specificity showed dosage-sensitive detection limit as low 0.74 ng mL–1. Finally, was applied cereal samples good recoveries from 94.61 109.92%. To our knowledge, first time fluorescent strategy point self-assembly determination reported, which holds great promise wide applications safety.

With the continuous development of DNA nanotechnology, walkers have attracted increased attention because their autonomous and progressive walking along predesigned tracks. Compared with traditional walkers, emerged multipedal showed special charm sustainable capability, higher reaction efficiency, expanded region, improved amplification capability. Consequently, developed rapidly shown potential in biosensing applications. Hence, this review, we make a comprehensive representation engineering strategy which focused on design multiple strands as well construction tracks driving forces. Contamination of agricultural products and foods by aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) is becoming a serious global problem, the presence AFB1 in edible oil frequent has become inevitable, especially underdeveloped countries regions. As results from possible degradation aflatoxins interaction resulting toxic compound with food components, it could cause chronic disease or severe cancers, increasing morbidity mortality. Therefore, rapid reliable detection methods are essential for checking occurrence foodstuffs to ensure safety. Recently, new biosensor technologies have research hotspot due their characteristics speed accuracy. This review describes various such as chromatographic spectroscopic techniques, ELISA biosensing along advantages weaknesses, control provides insight into future work. Although compared other technologies, technology involves cross integration multiple spectral nano materials, great potential, some challenges regarding stability, cost, etc., need further studies.

Zearalenone (ZEN) is harmful to animals and human beings, so it very important develop a rapid sensitive method for the detection of ZEN. In this paper, we proposed novel ZEN-monitoring using two aptamers as recognition elements EnGen LbaCas12a Nt.AlwI nicking endonuclease signal amplifiers. When ZEN was present, bound aptamer Z0 and, Z1 released into solution. The solution then separated enzyme added in order form nicking-enzyme cycle, thereby producing large amounts ssDNA Z3 30 min. formed CRISPR-Cas12a-Z3 complex with CRISPR-Cas12a, activated trans-cleavage ability Cas12a, cleaved Quenched Reporter 20 min, underwent fluorescence recovery. aptasensor able sensitively detect linear range 1-1000 pg/mL, limit low 0.213 pg/mL. time lasted 2 h. Additionally, technology can also be used monitor other hazards.

Sensitive and selective detection of proto-oncogenes, especially recognition point mutation, is great importance in cancer diagnosis. Here, a ligation-mediated technique demonstrated for the construction an intertwined three-dimensional DNA nanosheet (3D SDN) on electrode surface from only two palindromic hairpin probes (HP1 HP2), creating powerful electrochemical biosensor (E-biosensor) p53 gene. First, capturing probe (CP) immobilized via Au–S chemistry, forming sensing interface. In presence target (T), triggering covalently linked to CP by ligase. Moreover, hybridization/ligation/dehybridization process repeated, amplifying hybridization event increasing content surface-confined fragments. As result, HP1 opened turn interacts with HP2, 3D SDN where HP2 are alternately arranged parallel. Common interaction between fragments responsible assembly horizontal vertical directions, respectively. An indicator, methylene blue (MB), can be inserted into SDN, generating strong signal. Utilizing SDN-based E-biosensor, detected down 3 fM linear response range 10 nM. Single mutations reliably identified even fetal bovine serum cellular homogenate. Because several advantages simple design, good universality, inexpensive instrumentation, high assay specificity, sensitivity, E-biosensor expected provide potential platform screening mutation required early clinical diagnostics medical research.
