In this work, an integrated electrode system consisting of a graphene working electrode, carbon counter and Ag/AgCl reference was fabricated on FR-4 glass fiber plate by polyethylene self-adhesive mask stencil method combined with manual screen printing technique. The used as the base AuNPs were deposited surface cyclic voltammetry. Then, carcinoembryonic antigen aptamer immobilized using sulfhydryl self-assembly sensor uses [Fe(CN) 6 ] 3−/4− redox probe for label free detection based impedance change caused difference in electron transfer rate before after binding target antigen. results showed good linear relationship when CEA concentration is range 0.2–15.0 ng/ml. limit calculated to be 0.085 ng/ml (S/N = 3).

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) is the seventh coronavirus (CoV) that has spread in humans and become a global pandemic since late 2019. Efficient accurate laboratory diagnostic methods are one of crucial means to control development current prevent potential future outbreaks. Although real-time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (rRT-PCR) preferred method recommended by World Health Organization (WHO) for diagnosing screening SARS-CoV-2 infection, versatile immunoassays still play an important role control. They can be used not only as supplemental tools identify cases missed rRT-PCR, but also first-line tests areas with limited medical resources. Moreover, they indispensable retrospective epidemiological surveys evaluation effectiveness vaccination. In this review, we summarize mainstream immunoassay human coronaviruses (HCoVs) address their benefits, limitations, applications. Then, technical strategies based on bioinformatics advanced biosensors were proposed improve performance these methods. Finally, suggestions possibilities lead higher sensitivity specificity provided further research.
