The advancement of Internet Things (IoT) has enhanced the extensive usage QR code images in various computer vision applications. Nonetheless, this also brought forth several technical challenges. In particular, logistics sorting system often encounters issues such as a low recognition rate and slow processing speed when dealing with under complex lighting conditions like uneven illumination. To address these difficulties, method that focuses on achieving fast adaptive binarization through dynamic illumination equalization was proposed. First, an algorithm based edge enhancement to obtain position detection patterns within applied, which enabled acquisition structural features Subsequently, can achieve equalization. Manufacturers and consumers are increasingly aware that asymmetric information can lead to potential risks in food safety supply chain integrity. The traditional paper labels, due their limited size, no longer able realize the transmission of a large amount information. Salivary pH serves as a valuable and useful diagnostic marker for periodontal disease, it not only plays critical role in disease prevention but also its development. Typically, saliva sampling is collected by draining spitting into collection tubes or using swabs. In this study, we have developed Point-of-Care (POC) device situ determination of oral without the need complex instruments, relying solely on smartphone detection device. Our system utilizes non-toxic vegetable colourimetric indicator, immobilized chitosan membrane located disposable stick, enabling direct within buccal cavity. An ad hoc designed 3D-printed attachment used to ensure accurate positioning alignment well isolation from external lighting conditions. A custom-developed application captures automatically processes image sensing membrane, providing salivary results. After optimizing cocktail composition, sensors demonstrated capacity determine range 5.4 8.1 with remarkable precision 0.6%, achieving very short analysis time just 1 min. stability study conducted membranes revealed lifetime 50 days. To validate performance our analytical device, compared results against those obtained calibrated pH-meter, group individuals. The exhibited an average error 2.4% when pH-meter results, confirming reliability accuracy.

Starch-based films are a valuable alternative to plastic materials that based on fossil and petrochemical raw resources. In this study, corn potato starch with 50% glycerol as plasticizer were developed, the properties of confirmed by mechanical properties, surface free energy, roughness, and, finally, color gloss analyses. Next, overprinted using ink-jet printing quick response (QR) codes, text, pictograms. Finally, print quality obtained prints was determined optical density, parameters, visual evaluation prints. general, exhibit lower values parameters (tensile strength, elongation at break, Young Modulus) water transition rate (11.1 mg·cm−2·h−1) than film (12.2 mg·cm−2·h−1), solubility is 18.7 ± 1.4 20.3 1.2% for film, respectively.
