Gallic acid (GA), widely used in food and medicine production industries. Herein, a kind of newly synthesized cobalt-nitrogen co-doped carbon dots (Co,N-CDs) with dual functional properties oxidase-like activity photoluminescence property could oxidize the 3,3',5,5'-tetramethylbenzidine (TMB) to oxTMB new absorption peak at 653 nm. In addition, it was found that performed fluorescence-quenching effect on Co,N-CDs 440 nm attributed FRET (Fluorescence resonance energy transfer). Reductive GA reduce TMB, weaken blue color, restore fluorescence Co,N-CDs. Thus, colorimetric fluorometric method for dual-mode detection established. The synthesis dual-signal probe completed single environmental precursor just one step. Simultaneously, reduced limits, broadened linear range improved anti-interference ability. This exhibited satisfactory application prospect actual tea beverages.

Metal-organic frameworks and hydrogen-organic (MOFs HOFs) are attractive hosts for enzyme immobilization, but they limited to immobilizing the purified enzymes, making industrial upscaling unattractive. Herein, aptamer-modified dual thermoresponsive polymeric micelles with switchable self-assembly core-shell structure constructed, which enable selective immobilization of trypsin directly from complex biological systems through a cascade operation separation immobilization. Their steric provides large amount adsorption sites on soluble micellar shell, resulting in high capacity excellent selectivity. Meanwhile, their aptamer affinity ligand cavity maintain native conformations offer protective effects even harsh conditions. The maximum was determined be 197 mg/g at 60 min, superior those MOFs HOFs. 67.2 86.6% its original activity retained immobilized under strong alkaline acidic conditions, respectively.

Abstract Nanozymes‐involving colorimetry may represent an effective solution to tetracycline detection due its affordability and simplicity. To improve the performance in selectivity, molecular imprinting technology has emerged as a promising approach simulating interaction between antibodies receptors. Herein, Mn 2 V O 7 , form of nanozyme with oxidase‐mimicking activity, was synthesized. With template, cavities unique dimensions were constructed through self‐polymerization dopamine (DA) on . In @MIP polydopamine (PDA) acts molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) are compatible dimension. It also exhibits activity. introduction tetracycline, cavity PDA is blocked, which leads obvious color fading, enables precise colorimetry. The range linear from 10 100 μM, lower limit 0.82 μM. anticipated that combination nanozymes‐involving would contribute accurate organic pollutants aquatic environment.
