Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) is a gaseous signaling molecule that regulates various physiological and pathological processes in the central nervous system. It vital to develop an effective method detect H2S vivo elucidate its critical role. However, current fluorescent probes for accurate quantification of still face big challenges due complicated fabrication, small Stokes shift, unsatisfactory selectivity, especially delayed response time. Herein, based on simple postsynthetic modification, we present innovative strategy by confining H2S-triggered thiolysis dinitrophenyl (DNP) ether within luminescent metal–organic framework (MOF) address those issues. Due cleavage DNP moiety H2S, nanoprobe gives rise remarkable fluorescence turn-on signal with large shift 190 nm also provides high selectivity against interferents including competing biothiols. In particular, virtue unique structural property MOF, it exhibits ultrafast sensing ability (only 5 s). Moreover, enhancement efficiency displays good linear correlation concentration range 0–160 μM detection limit 0.29 μM. Importantly, these superior performances enable measure basal value monitor change level rat brain.

Herein, a design strategy was presented fabricate single fluorescence probe by using different emission channels. In JXR, TICT-based 4-(2-(5-(dimethylamino)thiophen-2-yl)vinyl)-1-methylpyridin-1-ium-iodide chromophore serves as energy acceptor FRET process sensors for viscosity. JXR showed large Stokes shift, wide peak distance, high photostability, low toxicity. could rapidly, sensitively, selectively emitting signals. Importantly, successfully applied track intracellular cells. Meanwhile, generation endogenous hypochlorite be observed JXR.
