Electrochemical humidity (ECH) sensors that integrate power generation and sensing have attracted great research attention in recent years. However, the design of high-performance ECH faces many challenges. Namely, working mechanism is still controversial, related self-powered applications not been well implemented. To overcome these limitations, this study constructs an sensor with high power-generation humidity-sensing performance using KCl/carbon black/halloysite nanotubes (KCl/CB/HNTs) as a electrolyte. The proposed has wide response 10.9%-91.5% relative (RH), single can output 1.46 V maximum 133.2 μW at 91.5% RH. Particularly, unprecedented mixed chemical reactions positive electrode, including hydrogen evolution reaction oxygen reduction reaction, are analyzed multiple characterization testing techniques. analysis results provide solid experimental evidence for current controversial sensors. Amorphous noble metals often display excellent sensitization due to their unsaturated atomic coordination and abundant active sites on the surface. In this work, amorphous palladium-ruthenium bimetallic nanoparticles were successfully prepared by lithium doping incorporated into MOF-303 using a confinement strategy. Compared with crystalline c-PdRuOx@MOF-303, low-humidity sensor constructed a-PdRuOx@MOF-303 exhibits higher response values (3600 Hz 3.39% RH), shorter response/recovery time (9/7 s), hysteresis (0.16% RH) stability. Meanwhile, has been further explored achieve continuous monitoring of human breathing, cough, finger humidity, providing broad application prospects for materials in wearable medical devices noncontact human-machine interactions. Additionally, sensitive mechanism was GCMC methods. The simulation results demonstrate that introducing a-PdRuOx pores leads significant enhancement adsorption properties. This improvement is not only tothe increase provided but also substantial rise energy hydrophilic pocket MOF-303. increases from -25.70 -31.56 kJ/mol, highlighting work synergy enables activation more water molecules, effectively enhancing overall capacity performance
