Rapid and sensitive detection of 2-ethylhexanol vapor, a critical indicator overheating in electrical cables, is essential for the early warning potential fires. Abstract The volatile aroma released from agricultural products is closely related to the health status and quality of their growth, thus endowing detection with great significance. For example, dynamic variation chemical composition a banana during growth process can reflect its ripeness.
