Low humidity detection down to the parts per million level is urgently demanded in various industrial applications. The hardly detected tiny electrical signal variations caused by a very small amount of water adsorption are one intrinsic reasons that restrain limit sensors. Herein, carbon-based field-effect transistor (FET) sensor utilizing adsorbed as dual function sensing gate and analyte was proposed. Owing electron donor property "water gate" can serve negative voltage exerted on dielectric layer, conductivity FET's channel be significantly modulated, therefore realizing amplification. proposed presents lower than 1% RH. Besides, fabricated sensors show good batch consistency (response deviation 0.5%), repeatability, long-term stability, acceptable hysteresis (6.3% relative (RH)) detection. We hope our work offer novel strategy for application integration low from device aspect rather materials synthesis.

Acetone is harmful to the environment and human health. Therefore, research on acetone sensors for its high-efficiency detection necessary. Herein, an α-Fe2O3-TiO2-MXene heterojunction was synthesized using a simple precipitation method, sensitivity towards systematically investigated. The response value of sensor based 50 ppm 24 at 150 °C, which more than one-quarter that pure α-Fe2O3 (5.3). best recovery time were 10 s 6 s, respectively. also showed good stability selectivity. excellent gas mainly attributed formation heterojunctions, improved carrier-transport efficiency specific surface area molecular adsorption.
