The development of devices with rapid response/recovery capabilities and the ability to record time toxic gas leaks is crucial for accident prevention enhancing equipment safety performance. Recently, sensors based on memristors (gasistors) have been proposed realize sensing memory in a single device. In this study, layered double oxide nanoscale-based gasistor was developed detecting dimethylformamide (DMF) at room temperature. This device exhibited bipolar resistance switching characteristics good repeatability stability. Gas-sensing measurements shown response 10 ppm DMF high as 66.7 state (HRS), times both <0.5 s. Compared ZnAl-LDOs-based thin-film type sensors, recovery were reduced by factor 80 100, respectively. particular, concentration decreases, switches from HRS low state, recording leakage DMF. With device, threshold voltage experiment can be reasonably predicted stable Rb after removal current compliance Ib. present work brings creative inspiration future research performance expanded functions.
