Multi-organelle imaging allows the visualization of multiple organelles within a single cell, allowing monitoring cellular processes in real-time using various fluorescent probes that target specific organelles. However, limited availability fluorophores and potential spectral overlap present challenges, many optimized designs are still nascency. In this work, we synthesized sulfonamide-based organic emit blue, green, red regions to different sub-cellular By utilizing binary mixtures, successfully demonstrated organelles, such as endoplasmic reticulum, plasma membrane, mitochondria HeLa cells, dual reticulum A549 lung carcinoma cells with help blue red-emitting without any spillover. Additionally, these photostable allowed precise cell staining differentiation, structural features, live dynamics. This approach mixtures can gain traction for studies investigations.
